Happy Mother’s Day weekend mothers, grandmothers, aunties, and all you important role models. This month’s Secret Recipe Club fell right around Mother’s Day, which was super convenient because I love to reveal these secret recipes to big groups of people. Secret Recipe Club, if you haven’t heard, is our secret blog recipe swap we do once a month. We are assigned a new blog each month. It’s pretty cool.
1 head green leaf lettuce, chopped or torn
4 to 5 stalks of celery, diced
1 tsp Mrs. Dash
1 tsp Litehouse salad herb blend
1 cup frozen peas, uncooked
1-2 cup mayonnaise made with olive oil, spread (enough to cover)
1 tsp Greek seasoning salt
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Layer the ingredients in the order listed.
First the lettuce.
Then the celery and herb blends.
